Portable permanent magnet frequency conversion oil-immersed submersible pump (hereinafter referred to as electric pump), implement GB/T25409 standard. The electric pump is composed of four parts: water pump, seal, motor and frequency converter. The water pump is located on the upper part of the electric pump and has a centrifugal structure. The motor located at the lower part of the electric pump is an oil-filled three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor.
Mechanical seals are used between the water pump motors, and "O"-shaped oil-resistant rubber seals are used as static seals at the fixed seals. The main body of the electric pump is made of 304 stainless steel and special alloy plastic material, and the weight is only 1/4 of the traditional electric pump. The frequency converter is located in a dedicated electrical box and is used to drive the electric pump.
This series of electric pumps breaks the old structural model of traditional three-phase asynchronous motors, and adopts DC frequency conversion technology, even if the voltage fluctuates or the phase is missing, the electric pump will not be damaged. Due to the advantages of corrosion resistance, light weight, small size and large flow, the portable permanent magnet variable frequency electric pump is widely used in agricultural irrigation and drainage,
Sprinkler irrigation, well water lifting, water tower water delivery, urban construction water, drainage, aquaculture water supply and drainage, oxygen enhancement and other occasions.
